TERMS OF SERVICE (Shopify + Razorpay)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
Purchases may be made only by individuals aged 18 years or older, or by parents/legal guardians on behalf of minors.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in INR
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
- Accepted payment methods:
- Cards
- UPI
- Amazon Pay
- Bank Transfers
4. Order Cancellation
- Order cancellations are not permitted once placed
- This applies to standard and bulk orders
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and materials are the exclusive property of Apolix Ventures LLP and may not be copied or reused without permission.
6. User-Generated Content
Customers may submit photos or videos showcasing products. By submitting, you grant Apolix Ventures LLP the right to use such content for marketing purposes.
7. BULK ORDERS & PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Structure
Orders above ₹75,000
- 50% advance at confirmation
- 50% before dispatch
Orders below ₹75,000
- 100% advance payment required
Orders are processed only after receipt of full payment.
Bulk Order Policy
Bulk and made-to-order orders are:
- Non-cancellable
- Non-returnable
- Non-refundable
Refunds or replacements apply only in case of verified transit damage.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited strictly to the order value paid.
9. Dispute Resolution
Both parties shall first attempt amicable resolution.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
