RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY


 

Return Eligibility

 

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged
Incorrect product delivered

 

Requests must be raised within 18 hours of delivery.


 

Mandatory Proof Requirement

 

Customers must provide:

Clear unboxing video and/or photographs

 

Claims without proof will not be accepted.


 

Verification & Approval

 

All return, exchange, or refund requests are:

Subject to verification
Approved at the sole discretion of Apolix Ventures LLP

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered wherever possible
Replacement items are dispatched after verification approval

 

Refunds

Store credit is the default resolution
Refunds to original payment method are issued only in exceptional cases
Refund decisions are final and non-negotiable

 

Return Shipping

Approved return shipping is borne by Apolix Ventures LLP
No restocking fees apply

 

Non-Returnable Scenarios

 

Returns are not accepted for:

Change of mind
Incorrect selection by customer
Used or altered products
Sale or promotional items
GST invoice related disputes (unless damage/wrong item)
