RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
• Product received is damaged
• Incorrect product delivered
Requests must be raised within 18 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Proof Requirement
Customers must provide:
• Clear unboxing video and/or photographs
Claims without proof will not be accepted.
Verification & Approval
All return, exchange, or refund requests are:
• Subject to verification
• Approved at the sole discretion of Apolix Ventures LLP
Exchanges
• Exchanges are offered wherever possible
• Replacement items are dispatched after verification approval
Refunds
• Store credit is the default resolution
• Refunds to original payment method are issued only in exceptional cases
• Refund decisions are final and non-negotiable
Return Shipping
• Approved return shipping is borne by Apolix Ventures LLP
• No restocking fees apply
Non-Returnable Scenarios
Returns are not accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection by customer
• Used or altered products
• Sale or promotional items
• GST invoice related disputes (unless damage/wrong item)
